
DIY Heart Art (Etsy version on top, Livlig on bottom). I love it when a popular blog does what I feel I cannot do (even on Tumblr) - put Etsy creations side by side with their own almost exact (not inspired by) creations (demonstrated by this post here by the same blog). I try and post supplies from Etsy - but I don’t put the Etsy unicorn or Harry Potter Etsy jewelry next to the supplies with a price comparison. But I do like this idea and have it seen done elsewhere with butterflies, bats and hearts. What I like is that you can flatten some of the hearts and write something special to you on them. Tutorial from Livlig here (On the Bottom. *All photos via Livlig. *You can get some great paper in huge packets that are black and white, vintage, glittery, floral, etc… to make this look really not “homemade ugly”.
